1983-Present

After a chain of high profile successes and major projects Thomas founded his Practice as a Professional Change Agent -- and was invited to lead a transformation team at a National Telecoms Goliath that had been taking $3.8bn/year (at today's rates) from the public purse. In just 3 years it was able to recreate itself as a Global, $multibillion, multinational, blue chip that could pay its own way (& its debts)... whilst at the same time reducing headcount from 235,000 to 85,000 staff ... WITH NO COMPULSORY REDUNDANCIES.

Following the massive success of the telecoms turnaround, Thomas & his team began teasing out the key interventions that had been extant (extra results creating) from this massive strategy. The analysis showed clearly it had been co-ordinated manager, executive & director led actions that had created the results. They set up their Change Agency Consultancy and began licencing an increasing suite of interventions to healthcare providers, government departments, manaufactuers, retailers, media and not-for-profit organisations, transforming the roles & functions of more than 8,400 managers, executives & directors of all kinds. After almost 25 years, 100+ turnarounds and exahustive testing and refining the effectiveness of interventions, the demand for their time across 5 countries outstripped their ability to travel to site.

REGENESIS GLOBAL

2019-Present

After the success of the consultancy company, Angela and Thomas co-founded Regenesis, a company based on simplifying, shortening the most arduous parts of the change, improvement and continuous renewal process for every kind of organisation: mobilising their people to be all they're capable of being. After 36 months of development, they launched the online Regenesis product: smaller, simpler, easier to use, and more impactful: with the sole intention of providing individual managers, executives, directors and organisations a light layer of adjustment they could apply iteratively to their roles and/or their organization. The goal to add cumulatively 1-2%+ per month, 12-24% per year, 120-240% per decade, extra revenue over expenses however good, big, small, senior, junior they are already. Regenesis was an immediate success attracting delivery partners in 6 different countries in the first year of its online launch. Realising the benefits of Regenesis to every business and organisation, its core promise is to 1) Give Regenesis to every manager, executive, director & organisation 2) To provide scalable support to assist with rapid action on installation and delivery of extra results and expansion ( and making a version of support affordable for every level and size of user 3) Strong affiliate interests with sticky monetisation to generate demand and faciliatate global distribution
